CEDAR Audio to unveil CEDAR Cambridge V6 at the 127th AES Convention

IASA 2009 conference

1 October 2009

CEDAR Audio is to use the 127th AES Convention to unveil a significant upgrade to its flagship CEDAR Cambridge Series III audio restoration and speech enhancement system. This introduces the latest developments in audio processing, including four powerful new modules that make the system useful for an even wider range of applications than before, plus a new architecture that makes full use of these when batch processing and when the system is used as a restoration server.

We will also be demonstrating our Academy Award winning CEDAR DNS (dialogue noise suppressor) range: the DNS1500, the DNS2000 for Pro Tools, and the advanced DNS3000 which offers on-board scenes and automation. These are the industry standards in noise suppression for post, live broadcast and audio surveillance. Alongside these, we will be showing CEDAR Tools (the restoration suite for Pro Tools) and the rackmounted CEDAR Duo audio restoration units. Elsewhere in the exhibition, CEDAR processes - including Retouch - will be demonstrated on the Pyramix and Prism/SADiE stands.
