CEDAR Audio Ltd is pleased to announce that Yorkshire Television has installed a DNS1000 Dynamic Noise Suppressor. Established in 1968, this is one of the largest ITV companies with over 1,200 hours of programming produced each year. These include some of the UK's most popular programmes: Heartbeat, A Touch of Frost, Emmerdale, Lost for Words, After They Were Famous, We Can Work It Out, Holidays From Hell and Countdown.

Before purchasing the DNS1000, Yorkshire Television tested one by cleaning up general location noise, lighting interference, and camera whistles on Heartbeat and Where the Heart Is. Now installed, the DNS1000 is being used on new projects such as Take Me starring Robson Greene, and David Jason's new series Macawber.

CEDAR's Sales Director, Clive Osborn comments, "We are delighted that Yorkshire Television has purchased a DNS1000, and that it is already being used on so many high-profile programmes."
